Accreditation is a process that acknowledges a practice has met high standards of safety and quality to improve the health care of people, families and communities.

GPA Surveyors consider many aspects of General Practice using standards set by the RACGP, which is currently on its 5th Edition. These standards address key features from communication with patients to system management.

To achieve accreditation, it is necessary that the practice provides quality, comprehensive and continuing care to the patients in a caring environment.

We are constantly working to improve our quality of service to our patients and would love to hear your feedback. In order to maintain our continuing high standards, we issue a feedback box located in the practice reception.
