Calling your GP:
Our GP will try to take yoru call but may be busy with patients. Please advise reception if its urgent.
Test Results:
All test results must be reviewed during a face-to-face consultation with your GP. In rare cases, results may be discussed over the phone at the GP’s discretion.
Specialist Referrals:
Repeat referrals must be issued during a consultation with your GP. They are provided at the GP’s discretion.
Electronic Communication:
Our practice values your privacy. At times we may email you from our secure email system or practice software. You may also receive SMS messages if you have opted-in to receive them. Please note, to protect your personal information, we are unable to accept email communication from patients.
Transfer of medical records:
Transferring your medical records is an important step when changing clinics, and we want to make the process as seamless as possbiel for you and your family.
Need to insert forms. Transferring TO Familywise form
Transfering OUT to another medical Practice. Please note there will be an admin fee of $35 for us to collate and post your records. Please allow up to 10 business days for your request to be completed.
Privacy Policy:
Our medical centre complies with all confidentiality and privacy obibligations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy or ask reception.
