Consultation Fees
We are a mix billing practice. Bulk billing is at the discretion of the individual Doctor. Payment is required on the date of consultation and can be made by cash, cheque or card. Our facilities enable us to simultaneously transmit your claim to Medicare to ensure your rebate is promptly deposited into your bank account.
- Please note missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.
- Our current fees are as follows:
- Standard consultation up to $69.00 (level B up to 15 mins) – Gap payment $31.95
- Long consultation up to $99.00 (level C up to 16 – 30 mins) – Gap payment $27.30
- Prolonged consultation up to $150.00 (Level D 31 – 45 mins) – Gap payment $44.45
- Home Visits – Up to $190.00
- *Above gap fees are for patients with valid Medicare cards; Initial consultation duration and charges differ by the practitioner
- Allied Health Practitioner fees:
- Initial Dietitian Appointment (45 mins) – $85.00
- Subsequent Dietitian Appointment (30 mins) – $175.00
- Initial Physio Appointment (45 mins) – $75.00
- Subsequent Physio Appointment (30 mins) – $65.00
- *Health fund rebates may be applicable for the above services, please contact your health fund for details.
